We contact the appropriate party, get all the information and then discuss with you on how to proceed. Allowing us to be the "bad guy in the middle" eliminates all intimidation and guarantees that your completed lease will be more tenant friendly.

Joe has over 30 years commercial real estate experience with 10 of those years in-house Corporate Real Estate.  He has competed  transactions in the top 50 major metro areas, along with many rural areas, and has written and negotiated more than 2,000 leases/contracts for clients that range from single store operators to major national corporations.

Joe has a degree in Business – Real Estate/Finance from Wichita State University.


CHELSEA CURRY

Chelsea has been in the commercial real estate industry for ten years and has been a broker at CRES for the past five. She specializes in site selection, market analysis and lease negotiation for CRES clients in different markets throughout the country.

Chelsea has a degree in finance from Metropolitan State College of Denver.

Tanner has ten years of experience in the real estate industry. He began working in property management as an undergraduate at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Shortly after graduating with a BA in Finance and Real Estate, Tanner became the managing director of a real estate investment group that has closed over 100 real estate transactions.  Over a period of eight years, Tanner was instrumental in the buying, selling, and holding of residential and commercial real estate in the Denver and Kansas City markets. Tanner specializes in value added projects and is well versed in the design, construction, budgeting and financing of real estate.

In addition, Tanner is a licensed real estate broker and is passionate about putting his background in finance and real estate investing to work for his clients, whether they are investors, business owners or homeowners that need insight to the financial benefits of owning real estate.
